Product Description
OC-400H is an injection molding machine with stable performance, energy saving and high efficiency. It has a clamping force of 400 tons and a mold toggle stroke of 88mm.
The strong clamping force greatly improves the precision and quality of the product; the ultra-large mold opening stroke makes it easy to take out the product and reduces product damage.
The central clamping structure makes the mold and template more evenly stressed, effectively protects the template and extends the service life of the mold.
It adopts a servo machine plus an internal gear pump power system to balance energy supply and demand, reduce energy consumption, and be more energy-saving and environmentally friendly.
The hydraulic system adopts multi-logic control with a large flow rate, so that each unit can work stably and continuously, and improve the stability of the machine operation.
The electronic control unit adopts a multi-language, intelligent, and high-precision control system, which is easier to operate and has a wider applicability.
