Features
OC-520T is an injection molding machine of OUCO brand plastic crate series with advantages of high performance, high efficiency and energy saving. It has two different specifications to choose from, the difference lies in the screw type, injection volume, injection rate and pressure, and other parameters are basically the same.
Efficient production:
The double-cylinder injection technology is adopted, with fast injection response and high precision. The injection pressure reaches more than 100MPa, which can make the product quickly molded and greatly improve production efficiency. The clamping force reaches 520 tons, and the ultra-large mold opening stroke makes the mold template more evenly stressed, reducing product flash and overflow, which not only protects the template, but also improves the quality of the product. High output and high quality can meet the market demand for products.
Energy saving and environmental protection:
Energy-saving motors and optimized hydraulic systems are used to reduce energy consumption and production costs. The power system uses a servo motor plus an internal gear pump power system to achieve a power output mode that provides as much energy as needed, reducing energy loss. The hydraulic system uses a high-speed, large, and special oil circuit design with large flow and more stable performance.

The electronic control unit uses Taiwan Techmation computer, which has faster response speed, high control accuracy, easy operation, multiple language versions to choose from, better adaptation to servo system, wider applicability, friendly human-machine interface design, simple and intuitive operation.
